Refund policy

Please note that we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any products unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. This is due to hygiene reasons, once the item(s) have been shipped and left the warehouse we are not able to resell. 
If you have received a faulty or damaged item(s) or an incorrect item(s) please email us within 48 hours of receiving and we will happily replace the item for you. 
Please ensure you double check your shipping details when ordering as we will not be liable for any incorrect shipping details. If you have entered incorrect details you will have to wait until order has been returned to the warehouse and we will resend the order to the correct address. 

Shipping policy

UK Orders - Royal Mail 1st class signed for £4.80
All orders are dispatched 1st class signed for. This will usually arrive the next day when ordered before 1pm
A tracking number will sent to you once the order has been shipped and it will be your responsibility to track your order and follow up with Royal Mail if your order is delayed or lost.
