What is waist training?

Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using our Columbian corsets and has been around since Victorian times. Through wearing a waist cinching corset, exercising and eating a healthy diet you can reduce your waist size. Wearing your waist trainer can instantly give you a beautiful silhouette while permanently getting rid of unwanted inches around your waist.

We recommend wearing your waist trainer daily for a minimum of 6 hours and the more you wear your waist trainer the better your results will be.
When starting out waist training you should wear your waist trainer on the first row of hook. Once you have got used to the waist trainer and your waist begins to shrink you can begin to wear it on the tighter row of hooks.

How to put on your waist trainer

Once you have received your waist trainer lay it out flat on the bed so that the wider/flared end is should be at the bottom, this part then goes around your hips. Hook the waist trainer together starting from the bottom working your way up to the top of the waist. You may need help putting your waist trainer on the first time you wear it however each time it should become easier for you.

All waist trainers should be hand washed in cool water and laid flat to dry. Please do not soak your waist trainers or put your waist trainers in the dryer.

      Hi Anisa, unfortunately we are not restocking the waist trainers. The sizes we have left online are the only ones we have left.
